By accessing our courses, you agree to these terms.

You confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
If you use LowHub Prep on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Account details must be current, complete, and truthful. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Do not share or sell access. If we detect unusual activity, we may request verification or temporarily restrict access for security.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may reset credentials and require additional confirmation steps.

Payments are in USD unless stated otherwise. Refunds may apply within 14 days if under 10% of content consumed.

Taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion charges (if any) are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Refund eligibility is assessed based on purchase date, consumption level, and any misuse or policy violations.
To request a refund, contact us with the email used to purchase and the order details. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible.
We may deny refunds for repeated refund requests, policy abuse, chargeback fraud, or if access was granted via promotions with non-refundable terms.

No cheating, scraping, or reselling content without permission.

Do not copy, record, redistribute, republish, or resell course materials, including videos, quizzes, downloads, and templates.
No automated scraping, crawling, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security features.
No harassment, hate speech, fraudulent activity, or attempts to disrupt the service or other users’ learning experience.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms or applicable law.

All course content, branding, and materials are owned by LowHub Prep or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for your personal, non-commercial learning.
You may not remove watermarks, copyright notices, or proprietary labels.
Any feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes.

Educational content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LowHub Prep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law or to protect the platform and users.

Termination may limit access to purchased content if access is tied to account standing and compliance.
Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
